Frequently asked questions from our support
How do the online courses work?
Do I need any special equipment?
Can I take a class if I am a complete beginner?
How much does it cost and how do I register?
Several packages are available. See our ‘Pricing’ page for full details. Registration can be completed online in just a few clicks.
Will I have access to replays of the sessions?
Yes, all replays are available free of charge to registered students. This allows you to review the courses and practice at your own pace.
Is there an online community for students?
Yes! You will join a private space where you can interact with the teacher and other students, share your progress and ask questions.
How long does it take to see the benefits?
The benefits in terms of relaxation and mental well-being are often felt from the very first sessions. Progress in flexibility, balance and strength is visible after a few months of regular practice.
At what age can you start practicing?
Our classes are mainly aimed at adults and teenagers (aged 16 and over). There is no upper age limit; the practice is adapted to each individual.
Is Tai Ji Quan an effective martial art or just a form of exercise?
It’s both! Tai Ji Quan is a complete internal martial art (Neijia). Its ‘gentle’ appearance hides real martial applications (throws, locks, strikes). The slow execution allows you to perfect your precision, body structure and strength generation.
Do I need to be fit or flexible to start?
No, absolutely not! Each class is adapted to each individual’s level. Regular practice gradually and gently improves physical condition, flexibility and strength. The most important thing is motivation.
